OMG...the chewed gum!! I laughed at first and then thought, man - I'd LOVE to have it!! Haha! Can't blame the person....I'd have dove headfirst into that bin myself. Plus proceeds go to charity (who knows).... "Doll"....I'd melt into a puddle of goo if Adam addressed me as such. Anyone else - not so much. (reminds me of Mickey Spillane and old crime novels where the "doll" is some blonde bimbo smacking gum). Then again, I call many of my male friends "sweetcheeks", you think they're offended? Browsers....I've used Firefox for years and either Norton or Macaffee virus protection. Have never had a virus. Had one malware attempt but Macaffee blocked it immediately. I hesitate to visit MJ's cuz it's full of ads and garbage - (reminder to donate a little so THIS site remains as wonderful as it is at present.) Meatloaf. What a big ol' Bert! I ADORE him for spreading the word about Adam on all these legit music sites. I love meatloaf, his voice really takes me over the edge in a good way.. He loves Adam's voice and always says so. I wish more artists gave fellow singers shout outs like Adam does.. many of us have found new singers because of Adam recommending them via a tweet. I love him too, Bat out of hell Oh yeah. And what a mean song: i want you i need you but aint no way im ever gonna love you

The box office tickets have sold, but there are tickets available on resale sites. So if anyone still needs tickets, they are out there. Some are reasonable, some are absolutely exhorbitant. I'm so glad that the box office tickets have sold out. I was at the Queen forum yesterday and one of the fans (a PR fan too), was hoping Queen won't sell out the tickets. He definitely doesn't know the power of Adam fans" LOL. Plus these fans don't know what they're missing.

Re Trespassing being #1 at Walmarts, how relevant is that? Isn't Walmarts a supermarket in the USA, or something like that? Walmart is the largest retailer in the US, fo llowed by Target. I have read that 20% of all CD sales in the United States are made at Walmart and 10% at Target. So it seems pretty significant ... I guess a lot of people like to pick up some music along with their cornflakes, socks, and toilet bowl cleaner.

Chokehold is like CLYG and Depeche Mode's Master & Servant combined.Edgy and emotional. Is it weird that I think it's the sexist song on the album? And I love love love Kickin in, Shady and Trespassing. I think those four songs are really different than what's in the Pop charts right now in the best way possible. I really hope they come out as singles. ANGELKRASH:-* !!!! So nice to hear your take. We always miss you around here! And from your lips to RCA's ears, girl! [/b][/color] Borrowing Reihmer's smilie (so cute)!! So good to see you here. Hope you'll keep coming back...Adam Era 2 is really heating up now!!

I just read the whole twitter party and I have a question: Re Adam's Girl, doll, honey , and all the slang stuff, is that a gay or african-american thing? Or just slang in general? (I mean linguistically speaking, I hope this is not an offensive q) I think it's just an individual thing. I know some people who always call me (or others) honey, sweetie, darling, dear, doll, etc. It is very prevalent in Texas and the rest of the South. There is kind of a generation "doughnut," I've noticed, about the use of these terms. Older people use them freely; middle-aged people who were schooled in the days of the women's liberation movement and later political correctness are often reluctant to use them or sensitive about their use; younger people are using them again. I think it is cute and non-offensive in almost all circumstances. On another topic, csharpminor, your post was so funny! OMG -- say "Ma'am" to a Northerner and watch the indignation spew forth -- it is taught as a form of respect here in the South and causes great confusion when one is chastised for using it. Laughable how our cultural differences can be misinterpreted.

I was just listening to the snippets again, and when I was listening to Shady, one part of it was reminding me of another song. I finally figured it out--"Come Together" by the Beatles. Very catchy. Yup. I heard that too, the very first time I listened to it.
