Speaking of AO and the free DL of BTIKM, I have an extra free DL that I never DLed. If anyone wants it, PM me your e-mail and I can forward it to you. Pretty sure this would work for our international members too.  I have one available too if anyone wants it, but I'm not sure how to forward from iTunes.. :-/ |

I'm a little disappointed that NCOE is making its radio debut on a HAC station in DFW. Is RCA still pushing Adam as a HAC artist instead of Top 40? Is Z100 going to ignore this one too? I hope I'm not expecting too much too soon. But RCA is not the best at promoting music,, and seems to be especially bad with someone special like Adam. Just my personal concerns. Don't know if we will EVER hear any Adam song here. Our DJ's are damn fools. It really makes me mad!!  |

Just to follow up … I have talked with our promoters about this. It seems there is nothing that can be done to stop this awful opportunism, because there is no law against it. I understand representations have been made to the present government, but without any kind of success. Until there is a law against selling tickets for more than their face value, no action can be taken. It's appalling ….as are many other abuses currently going on unchecked … makes you dream of a Nanny State, doesn't it !! The man in the street is NOT being taken care of.
Apologies … I wish there was something I could do. But, since the seats sold out instantaneously, we will be looking into the possibility of adding an extra show.

I don't think this is any kind of official debut and other stations have actually played the song before that one anyway. I think they are just pimping it as a debut to their followers. The Wilkes-Barre station that actually added the song played it yesterday. |

Yeps, with all of these plays scattered around the US and Canada, and not just 1 or 2 here overnight, but actually being played during primetime. I think we can say that NCOE is off to a good start. I'm thinking we're going to get at least 5-10 adds next week.

Just called Expedia to change my airline booking and was talking to the rep about needing to change because the festival I planned to attend was cancelled but fortunately now attending a concert. The rep asked who was performing at the concert and when I told her Queen with Adam Lambert she SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED I LOVE ADAM LAMBERT!! LUCKY YOU! Yes, I do feel lucky to stan someone like Adam. |

AdamRocks, I feel your pain here in St. Louis. A few weeks ago i sent an email request to Jill on Y98,
our HAC station. (She plays listeners' requests during the noon hour portion of her show.) I had requested before but had been ignored.
This time, perhaps because I was requesting from my work email, and my official email signature showed I was a financial analyst, she did respond back. She said BTIKM was not on the station's playlist but was there anything else she could play for me. Maybe she wanted me to request
WDYW. But I told her no, I would just listen to sirius on my iPhone.
I wonder if i am now in Jill's bad graces, and if she will ever play any future requests I make.
