I have ordered through UK Amazon several times and the shipping is always minimal and they are very efficient. I am also having one copy brought back for me by Susie. I want one actually bought in a UK record store! I went to check my pre-order from Amazon UK, which I did long time ago, and it was not there :-( I am glad I checked. I have pre-ordered again. No idea why this happened because I had received two messages saying the delivery had been delayed when the album was delayed. Go figure : It must have gotten canceled when it was delayed. I found I can check my status through either the US or UK store.

Shoshanna is not responsible for this. Looks like iTunes mucked up the dates. This is the responsibility of Sony UK. So if Shoshanna can't do anything what can we do? Anyone we can contact? The problem seems to only be with itunes so any complaints should be directed to them I would think. After all it's not like Shoshanna or Sony UK are the ones actually posting the songs. If they were on there and disappeared then it's iTunes fuck up.

Regarding the media base forms---a DJ friend told me they are a red flag that it's a fanbase voting and not a casual listener; he said that most listeners don't know what they are (actually, he said most station staff don't even know what they are) and that they wouldn't take the time to fill them out if they did. Anyway, keep filling them out if you want (this was info from one DJ) but text and tweet seem to be the best options. Also calls when the station is requesting them. THIS. I totally agree with this. Texting, tweeting and calling are best options. I know they rarely pick up when calling, but sometimes they do. About z100 versus Q102: I agree with Q3, requesting at Q102 and all other stations that play NCOE is really important. I think the logic of people on twitter to focus on z100 is that: a) they accept requests from anywhere b) they are a HUGE station to have on one's side, so the payout is immense and c) even though NCOE is not on their playlist, if they get enough requests for it, it might get someone to pay a little attention (and this in itself won't accomplish everything, but it could be a step in the right direction). Also, see my logic before about us not being a huge fanbase and having to focus on ONE thing to really get noticed. Local requests are still hugely important, of course; text, call or tweet for local requests is best as bullsfan said above. As far as mediabase forms are concerned I only use them if the station has a link to it on their website under how to request. If they have no instructions on how to request then I would try calling and asking how to request songs and use their preferred method.

JMO but I think most people are tweeting and/or texting requests. Seriously. Do you see kids do anything but text? nope ;D

It should be Sony UK/the Label and Shoshanna who need to address it with iTunes though not the fans. The fans can bring it to Shoshanna's attention.

Thank you illuxxia As everyone probably knows, this is from an interview on Saturday where the interviewer asked Adam what requirements he had for his dressing room. Just veggies (carrots) and water for the most part. Here's a little blurb about Madonna on her tour. Can't help wonder what Sasha (and M.) think of all this after touring with Adam... : wonderwall.msn.com/music/the-shortlist-for-june-25-20286.gallery?photoId=87213
