Ohhh...getting angry, really should stop reading Mj's. They're debating on whether playing an instrument equals a real artist/musician versus someone who just sings. And someone made this statement, "I would think the idea is that to write a song you have to play an instrument of some type. Anybody can sing." I don't know why, but this just really get on my nerves. Don't know why people equate someone who strum a few chords on a guitar, or play a few notes (and not all that good if I might add) as some serious musicians. And I really don't know why they seem to think that you can't write songs if you can't play an instrument, and that you automatically can write if you can play an instrument. I mean there's so many computer programs out there that can bring your musical vision to life, without you knowing how play, or even know how to read music. Sigh. Y'all know my opinion on the "have to play an instrument" debate. Adam's VOICE is his instrument, and he is the master of it. I think I am about ready to give up debating that ignorant idea. If anyone wants cogent arguments about the art and craft of singing well, they can just read Angela Kalahari's blogs or go to the vocal masterclass thread. If they read and still hold to their ridiculous opinions, there is no hope for them. |

Just got my email that my CD/DVD orders have shipped - skipping like a 12 year old! Should be here in a couple of days. And on top of that - received my Movie Star magazine with beautiful pictures of Adam, the band and dancers. DH was impressed with the super high quality of the pictures (he used to be in the printing business and we spent 10 days in Japan years ago looking at printing machines, all expenses paid for by the Japanese company!). His eyelashes are so long and thick. His lower lashes are even longer than my upper lashes - not fair! So very worth the price I paid. Yay!! You'll have yours for the party ! I got that Japanese magazine last week and was very pleased with the huge glossy pics...I was gonna bring mine to show everyone next weekend, but now I won't have to ! |

No comment on that pic...that is just...Wow Adam..it's a good thing that he don't get embarrassed, and actually embrace it, because...man
Adam needs to go commander when he sings, so we can get some Robert Plant like pics :D
