-- Exciting gig here for Roger - he even officially released two of the tracks via YouTube (Say It's Not True & People Get Ready). I really really wish both Heroes (David Bowie cover) and Fat Bottomed Girls (with Roger on VOCALS?) leaked. But alas it hasn't...yet.

7/2/11 – Roger Taylor – Milton Keynes, UK w/Foo Fighters
Bowl, Milton Keynes, UK
Setlist:
A Cold Day In The Sun
- Interesting...Not unique that Roger guests with the Foos
BUT unique in that he joins them on a Foo Fighters song with Taylor Hawkins on lead vocals. Great pairing of great friends.

-- This was not bootlegged at all unfortunately. I would have loved to have heard Tom Chaplin from Keane doing both It's A Hard Life (which he slayed the previous year) AND The Show Must Go On.

11/25/11 – Brian May – Freddie Tribute, w/Kerry Ellis
Clapham Grand Theatre – London, UK
Setlist:
No-One But You/Somebody To Love/Tie Your Mother Down
-- The first of two gigs on the day for Brian. Brian always hesitates about these performances which are intended to memorialize Freddie on (or in this case one day after) he passed away. He always said it wasn't a cause for celebration and he preferred to remember privately but he also knows that the fans mean well and he always wants to support the fans so he went ahead and performed a bit.
11/25/11 – Brian May – London, UK w/The Darkness
Hammersmith Apollo – London, UK
Setlist:
Bareback/Tie Your Mother Down/I Believe In A Thing Called Love
- Brian is a big fan of The Darkness, who are also big fans of Queen. These two finally got together on stage and it was a fun jam!
12/1/11 – Brian May – Edinburgh, UK w/WWRY Cast-- OWNED -- 2/3
Playhouse Theatre – Edinburgh, UK

Bohemian Rhapsody

A Kind of Magic/Voodoo Child/Heroes/The Show Must Go On (w/Chris Thompson)/We Will Rock You (w/Madeline Bell)/We Are the Champions (w/Tony Hadley)/Happy X-Mas (War Is Over)/Santa Claus Is Coming To Town (Cast)
- What a fun gig! Heroes from THIS gig leaked so that was fun. Chris Thompson always does a good job with Show Must Go On and I love the Christmas songs.
12/9/11 – Brian May – London, UK w/Mel C
Scala – London, UK
Setlist:
One Vision
- Mel C got Brian to do a lesser performed song so that makes it all worth it. Again in the Scala!
NEXT? Brian did some studio work in 2012 to document!
