 I hope this is just a rumor because Adam has Trespassing to promote and his tour to do. Make a guess judge appearance one time would be OK and then sing his latest single...that would work for me. 8-) My reaction exactly!  I'll wait till tomorrow to formulate an opinion. I'm prone to late-night insomniac incoherence.  Who knows if this would be good these days? Used to be a sign your career was tanking--now ppl are jumping on board to resuscitate their careers and have been extremely successful. Weird times. ETA: Fixed quoting. |

I'm not gonna get my hopes up but this would only be a win-win situation for Adam if he were back in peoples' living room every week for a few months. Course I'm not naive enough to think that Jimmy Iovine doesn't have his own ideas on which one of his Interscope artists he might want a spot at that table for. He's already admitted that was one of the reasons he took the job, to get his artists on as guest mentors, music guests, etc. Damn it! >:( It totally escaped my mind that it's Interscope running the show now, not Sony. Well, does FOX still get the final say though??? Sorry, I'm not familiar with all the mechanism of IDOL. (only watched one season from start to finish, can you guess which one?? ) |

If this rumour is just that....... a rumour, then I hope Adam doesn't feel the need to debunk it first thing this morning when he wakes up! Please Adam let it simmer for at least two reasons IMO..... 1. This will create huge buzz in the U.S. while he is away being fabulously awesome with Queen and...... 2. The unbelievable wanking shitstorm this will cause in the idol bubble will bring all sorts of amazing LULZ!!! 8-) : |

Don't want him reconnected with AI (no way no how) - is a franchise on the wane and frankly Adam is so much better than that show in so many ways I don't have time to list them. It would be a waste of his considerable talents and wouldn't help awareness as everyone who watches AI already knows who he is. |

Ok, I moseyed over there and it was as delish as I expected. One thing, tho. I never understand ppl qualifying their AL comments with "love him or hate him." This always mystifies me. What's not to love? Seriously.
I mean, I KNOW there are haters but I really don't understand their motivations. At the very most people could be kinda meh abt him, but really, they sure are missing out in a whole lot of fun!
