Who is playing the guitar? And is she in Adam's house?
DancyGeorgia, will keep you in my thoughts and keeping fingers crossed for a negative diagnosis.

DancyGeorgia, I loved your suggestion regarding a new slogan other than "Defund the Police". -- "REFORM THE POLICE - FUND THE PEOPLE" !! It's a Great slogan with a great rhythm & says it all!! Thanks for that & I hope it catches on! One more thought on this "policing" issue -- I was raising children during the Woodstock era so wasn't " that into it" - truthfully, I wasn't quite "hippy" enough to really attend but my heart was with them all!! I've always been such a lover of music! I have read about it & seen pics & vids since then and I don't think people realize that out of an attendance of about 1/2 million people, there were NO fights and no disruption of ANY kind! It was totally peaceful for the entire 5 days! They ran out of food but everyone shared - it was total cooperation throughout!! So, do we REALLY need these costly and EXTREME outfits of war for the police forces??? These current peaceful protests show that large crowds can be peaceful & respectful of people and property. These extreme police issues are out of date and out of need. I'm so glad that Adam got to attend that rally! It's something he'll remember for the rest of his life! These recent events are truly life changing!!

My good news .....I have a Downs Syndrome son who is 49 years old and lives in a residential home now ,but comes home to stay every weekend .He has been in lockdown since March. But yesterday we were told we could visit him next week and have a little picnic in the grounds of the home,so looking forward to seeing him again. @q3 I wish your brother a speedy recovery. nic42,I wish you a very happy birthday. DancyGeorgia ,I was diagnosed with uterine cancer five years ago ,I had a hysterectomy and a course of radiotherapy,I was given the all clear 3 months ago . I wish you all the very best....It was actually after my operation and treatment that I finally plucked up the courage to join Adamtopia after years of lurking here and at Planet Fierce. And a big yes for more Adam performances .

He looks great lol! Don't know who the gal is either. DancyGeorgia Good luck with that. I was diagnosed with melanoma 5 1/2 years ago, different type of cancer obviously. I had a tumor removed from my shoulder plus some lymph nodes. I got the official all clear in December. Still have to go to the dermatologist and oncologist once a year. All good at this point.

Good news is I have friends who are willing to drive me 15 miles to an outpatient surgery center and pick me up after. Bad news is I am undergoing a procedure to determine if I have uterine cancer. Doc says 20-30% chance I do. Good news is that uterine cancer is the slowest growing of all cancers. And the easiest cancer to treat as in most cases a hysterectomy gets rid of it. I expect it will be a few days before I get the lab report. In the meantime, work has a big deadline end of this week. Life sure is not always fair. Wishing you results and treatment that will ease whatever is causing your pain/symptoms. Hugs!

I think the "good news" sharing today is a very good idea! To Dancy, stamps, Q3 and all those who are battling health issues, I hope you all recover and get back to normal soon. And happy birthday, nic42!
I have had my share of medical stuff over the years, but I am lucky to be on a long healthy stretch. I walk four miles a day, FAST, with my dear sis and keep busy with bunches of stuff.
I am SO glad to hear that Adam will be on James Corden on Wednesday! It's about time. James seems to really like him. He's had him on a number of times. Can't wait to see the show! AND, I am thrilled about Brian's great honor as Best Guitarist! And Adam is so lucky to be the frontman for such a legend. Adam is rubbing elbows with the BEST in the business.
I love the slogan "REFORM THE POLICE--FUND THE PEOPLE." The Defund the Police label is so misunderstood and is causing a lot of unnecessary strife. Bottom line, something major reform needs to be done.
My good news: getting a haircut on the 20th after almost four months. Yikes. I don't even want to look in the mirror.

I saw that Q3 has proclaimed today Good News day. That's a wonderful idea and I want to support it, so here is my contribution.
In April 2013, Google announced that Austin would be the second city in US to get ultra-high speed internet and I thought, "Hallelujah, sign me up!" Immediately, I signed up for the very reasonably priced internet/TV combo. Although I was not streaming a lot of TV at the time, I was well into my Adam obsession and what could be better than more Adam even faster.
So time went on, Fiber was having some problems, but about 2016 they came and put a connection box on the side of my house and I thought, "Hallelujah, now we're getting somewhere!" By this time I was streaming more and my Adam obsession sure wasn't going anywhere, so I had to sign up for Spectrum's pricey higher speed service (not Google fast though) thinking it was only a matter of time before Google Fiber saved me.
Well, here it is June 2020 and finally, on June 16, they are coming out to connect my Google Fiber service and for the 2013 monthly price. It only took seven years, but patience won out!
