Self indulgence here for any other Elton fans. Elton with his sometimes amazing drummer, Ray Cooper doing the hauntingly beautiful Indian Sunset from Madman. I've seen Elton and Ray live several times too. Gee, can you tell I'm a fan. Check out Ray. youtu.be/iI6k9KoD2bgThank you for being self-indulgent. I have loved Elton since 1974. He has so many epic songs the most casual fans never know. The best songs are the ones that never made it to the radio. I was so thrilled when Adam said he had Elton's number on his phone and then attended a charity function where Elton performed. Having my childhood obsession and my current obsession meet is just a dream come true. I don't know if they will ever do anything together, but if they did, I would be so happy to hear it. By the way, Ray Cooper is such outstanding performer and musician. The last time I saw Elton, I couldn't stop watching Ray. He is so entertaining. I wonder how often he hurts himself performing and if he ever hits himself. |

What is the purpose of the blog if it is a duplicate of what is posted here? It's a blog, not a messsage board. It will be easy for "outsiders" to accesss and read intelligent blogging. (I think) |

Perhaps it made Jacob feel better to spout off a bit, but I don't think it was wise. His focus should be "eye on the prize" and he should be aware that "likeability" goes far in this competition. Justified or not, his comments turned me off to him. I don't like to participate in anyone's "pity party" and that's how it came across to me. He needs to pull up his big boy drawers and get back to work - no more complaints or excuses - after all, the public that he put down is the same public that could vote him in. Wise up, Jacob. I agree. He didn't just say there was racism in the voting; he said that racism in the voting was the only reason anyone would fail to vote for him. I'm not voting for anyone this year, but if I were, it wouldn't be for Jacob because I don't like his singing. Suck it up, Lusk. |

It looks like everyone but me can to the blog through the link at the top of the page. What in the world am I doing wrong? And why does the link in Q's comment work? I am a tech failure I'm afraid. I just tried something to see what you're saying here. I use Chrome and I changed it to Firefox. It seems that with firefox I can have access through Q3's link but I can't have access through the link, it shows a page just like you said that I can't scroll.Maybe try using another browser? |
