Some have disappeared forever ( Dhunken and possibly Halfie and Sunn) One is permanently gone. One doesn't want to be found and one we're very worried about. [concerned] What is going on with Sunn (@draddee)?? Why the worry?? She's on the mainland, not Japan. Did something happen? 0.o i hope people are ok. |

Hi, all. Just checking in for one of my night-time catch up sessions. I started at page 17 to see what was up before heading back to page 1 and became a little bit confuzzled. What happened? Is PF being relaunched? May I have the Cliff Notes? Oh, and Happy BD, Shadow. : * Rowe mentioned in one of her articles that she may reopen ("resurrect") the blog at PF * Discussion ensued. ETA: Apparently just the blog section of PF, not the forum (or so it seems from the wording) |

Hug to you. Just want to let you know that I cherish and am deeply grateful for you and all you share. I have learned so much from you. I love that you put us in touch with other professional singers. Such a gift for all of us.

Planet Fierce introduced me to a global community and more people than I believed I could ever meet in a lifetime. I am thankful for that. I do wish we could have access to some of the great and wonderful madness that was PF in the beginning. Adamtopia is an incredible community of individuals with roots that started in PF but also has gathered a new and bigger global community together. Day or night, we can find a fellow Atopian to share our insomnia with, work fiascos, family madness, opinions on just about any and everything, and world events. I lurk most every day – other than when I have made the “cross my heart and hope to die” promise while on a vacation to stay off the internet, have I not checked in to see what news there is of Adam or what fellow community members are up to. Love this place. The dedication of its members is heartwarming. To Q3 and the others that keep our home up and running each and every day is a true demonstration of commitment and love. I cannot say thank you enough. Definitely, home is where the heart is.

Guess what?! No 10@10 tonight! They are doing a Dance Club show instead!!! No Maxwell! I sure hope the voting I did today rolls over to Monday! :-/ not sure about that. I just turned on Q102 and Maxwell just said the #1 song on the countdown tonight is JUDAS! oh well and checking the playlist, no AM. I'm disgusted PS I "Flove" Atop here and thankful to whomever notified me of the change. Although I don't get into the deep discussions, I enjoy reading all the inputs. I particularly enjoy Cassie input on the technique of the voice. I so miss the on line concerts and all the craziness but I would be insane if this site didn't exist. tks to all Really? It said "Club 102 Friday", when I went there so I stopped listening. OMG! Have you guys heard "Judas?" It is horrbile!! "Born This Way" is brilliant compared to how bad Judas is! :  ??? :-/ |

I was frantically digging thru the front pages to find out what the heck was going on. When I couldn't find anything in the early pages, I figured I would peek back to see if anyone attempted to clue me in.

Since the thread runneth over with love for Atop, I'd like to share a short story. I somehow found PF when I began following Adam and was a dedicated lurker. I, too, was shocked when it went poof. My life had gone to hell at the same time and I felt adrift. It took me awhile to find Atop. I stumbled onto MJ's and kept hearing about this Atop place. One day I decided to check it out and here YOU ALL WERE! I cried, literally. And I was a lurker, for Pete sakes. I saw familiar names and personalities, jumped up and down like a ninny, and started lurking again. One day I decided to post. I did not want to be an outsider anymore. I wanted a voice that could express all the gratitude I felt for the days and nights you all kept me company and continue to do so. I wanted to laugh and cry with you. To share all things Adam and to be part of a community. You welcomed me with open arms. I my world I see whatever I am creating at a particular moment is my reality, therefore, Atop is real to me. Each person who posts here is real. The name you post is your name..whatever birthday you choose is yours. I don't differentiate. I take what you say on Atop as your truth on this board. Whatever you do outside of here is yours. We share aspects of ourselves as we see fit. I speak this because I want you to know from one person's world, what a difference all of you make. I am tickled beyond words I found you all again and that Q3 has made Atop this haven, this oasis. Never doubt that each post appearing here is being read by someone, somewhere. As that dedicated lurker, I can assure you your reach is wide. All Adam sites bring recognition to Adam and support him. For longevity, he will need support from many avenues. People are attracted to different boards for different reasons. They all have value. For me, Atop is home and 'there's no place like home'..  |

[concerned] What is going on with Sunn (@draddee)?? Why the worry?? She's on the mainland, not Japan. Did something happen? She has disappeared, but doesn't live on the mainland; she lives in Kuwait. She has not logged into twitter for more than two (probably more like three) weeks and has not updated her Tumblr; many of us have tried every means to get ahold of her (DM ... I have a cell phone number, so I texted), but she hasn't responded. Of course, she may be on holiday, but she usually lets people know her plans. I know she took Don's passing very hard and I hope she would let us know what's going on. That's why I don't just think, "Oh, she's on vacation." Which could be the case, of course, but still causes us to worry. |

I hope you know that I was not addressing earlier comments to you, but just responding to the thread in general. And just sharing my thoughts like everyone else. I had no idea that I missed so much wonderful stuff at PF before I fell down the internet rabbit hole. But, you can't really miss what you never had. I have ATop, and couldn't be happier. Bottom line, I guess, is that we all are extraordinary people who create a loving, intelligent, fun, thoughtful, supportive community inspired by the amazing AFL no matter what the URL or the name of the forum. Isn't it great to have access to all these incredible folks? |
