Katy just gave a concert in Iowa as part of Hillary Clinton's campaign. Katy has endorsed Hillary. The campaign is using as its official song Katy's "Roar". Katy's Birthday is the 25th and Hillary's, the 26th. So I guess they can celebrate their bday together in Iowa. What does this have to do with Adam? Katy is Adam's friend and I will forever be grateful of her support of Adam during her AI appearance. How interesting, it seems I share a birthday with Katy Perry.

I remember hearing a long time ago that Selena and Demi L used to be friends but had a feud. Are they still in a feud, or did they make up? Anyone knows? Because if they're still in a feud, that gives Adam's tweet a whole new meaning IMO. I have seen that some people on Twitter (Demi fans, Selena fans, and Adam fans) are thinking that it has that additional "level" of meaning. But I think Adam praised Selena's single " Good for You" too on Twitter weeks ago. I think he said it was "pure sex," pretty high praise. So, IMO, the beauty of this tweet is its ability to be read on whatever level one would like! Hmm.. All the evidence seems to point to Adam feeling upset about the whole Demi-replacing-him thing.. It seems there may indeed be some drama here! twitter.com/mmadamimadamm/status/658001271035723776

I think Tove Lo as a touring partner is a good idea, too. I have a feeling that Gwen Stefani's delayed album is coming out by the end of the year or early next year. Maybe she'll schedule a spring/summer tour. That might be a good fit. Christina Aguilera has said that she might put out her new CD in February of next year. She'd probably tour in the summer also. (ETA: I hope Adam can start his tour in the States in the spring and doesn't wait all the way until summer.) Tove Lo would be great, but she's not on the same label. Not on the same holiday radio tours. I think she'll be pushed to tour elsewhere. I think we got the radio tours mostly within the past 3-4 weeks. Those acts are all potential touring partners. Demi Lovato isn't on WB, is she, and, if any of the rumors can be believed, some kind of deal was being worked out. Maybe I'm wrong? (it happens all the time, lol!) Do two artists have to be on the same label to tour together?

I don't want Adam to open or be a 'duo' with anyone. He stands alone, and blows away anyone who comes before or after. And everyone who performs - every artist out there - knows it.
Hah - that being said - (I'm not perfect, you know!) - if he was on a bill with Jesse J I would find heaven.

He loves his fans but he needs new fans and it seems after touring with Queen, he wants to do Arena. The only way to do that is to do a co-headline tour or what ever they call it. And it seems Adam is willing to do it to get more fans. Ghost Town is a hit but I don't think it's enough to bring new fans to buy tickets.

cassie, I would love to hear your vocal analysis of Jessie J's voice! Imo I think she has one of the most well-trained, versatile voices out there! And a great vocal range as well (I've heard her whistle register -- wow!) youtu.be/weGF2SUJt_w Thanks for sharing this. I had heard a song or two by Jessie, but not this variety. Yes, she has a prolific range. Her very highest notes can sound rather piercing and strident, but the rest of her voice has nice roundness and resonance. It does not have the strained or pushed quality that I hear in many female pop voices. She has the ability to sing up and down her range with smoothness and consistency. The tone sounds the same throughout all but the highest part of her range, unless she intentionally flips from one register to another for effect. Her voice also has flexibility, managing complicated, quick runs and riffs cleanly. I agree that she has a versatile voice, being able to sing softly and gently without resorting to that breathy tone. She can also sing with power, and with grit. I would like to hear her sing a straight up ballad with some range to tell if she can get a pure, resonant, more classic tone in her voice. I suspect she can. Adam has praised her voice, and I think she would be a good partner for him if he is looking for someone to duet with.

Jessie J has not been able to play big venues in the US. She has a great voice but do not see her as a possibility in any way.
