I finally got to watch!! Sasha deserves this sooo much! You know, she could have had a backstory, but she chose NOT to. I respect her so much for that!
I got to vote, even with the concert I was at. There was service in The Wiltern, so I started voting at 9:58, then voted all the way home.
Cookie, thank you so, so much for your texts. I would have died not knowing how it was going!
I hate to get my hopes up, but even with texting and on-line voting, Dial Idol has never not successfully predicted the winner. As Sasha would say, "Yes, please!"

Re: the finale tonight--do they wait until the final few minutes to call all 4 finalists on stage to announce the winner or do they give the voting results over the course of the 2 hours, eliminating one person at a time until they have the final 2?

I agree they are usually pretty accurate, but they did get it wrong in Season 5, predicting Brandon would win by a respectable margin ... let's hope they got it right this year!  |

They seem to do things differently every year. Most years they eliminate one person at the top of the show. They eliminate a second about half way through. Leaving the Top 2 until the very end. The show is usually good. They have everyone back. They will do some new dances and some fan favorites. The musical guest is usually good on the finale. The show is to pimp the tour. |

They asked Sasha what she was doing one year ago. She said "pretty much the same thing" following Marco's answer. Why has she never mention Adam or Glamnation? She has tweeted him on her official twitter and follows him. Do you think it might bring questions on her sexuality?
I hope we get a shoutout for the Glamily or a dance to one of Adam's songs on the last show. The voting will be finished.

There has been some griping that her history of touring with Adam made her a ringer of sorts, so she may have been avoiding complaints that she was already too professional to be on the show. |
