She never stays in the US that long! Pretty sure she is back in the UK.

I'm not holding out hope anymore that Adam has the part. Tho I hope he does. But it seems he is the only artist who has to be the biggest star ever to get anything. I hope Sara's fans did not think that cause they were wrong. She was big enough. They have had numerous musicals on tv. Some have been cast with bigger stars than Adam and some have not. Adam will never be the biggest star out there so why should we wish for anything, if that is the only measure? He is a star but he may not get the part. Some fans will think it is because he is not big enough because he never is. Others will think other things could have prevented it. Like, he may not have even gone for it. Or they were looking for something else. Or someone had a better management team. If he does not get it, the only thing we will really know for sure is that he is not Judas. We will not know why, tho, some will pretend that they do know.

Things that make you go hmmmm and points to the above post... Possible, a rash of IG activity a few days ago (as he does when waiting around an airport or bored), Another batch last night. SS commented about a busy Saturday and worded the tweet in current tense, so not as if this was from the LA visit. She noted those shoots were Legend, Cabello, and Tedder. There is also DNCE in the mix during that visit. It is possible he made a quick trip for photos. Seems like things are in motion for Adam -- with him back on Edge PR, I wonder if we will get news about his new management? He does not need Edge PR for QAL so has to be another reason. I get the impression Adam is working on his album a lot with a few personal things thrown in here and there, and a bit of QAL promo. Of course, he is often working on things long before fans know about it. |

Those look like Adam's, but that would mean he's in the UK. Do we know where he is? A rehearsal week this week before everybody is going to down under could be the reason, but his IG likes are more like LA timezone I thought. Although today there were a few that were also during the day here but during the night LA time. ........ |

I am literally shocked that that song was the biggest hit of any year. I don't hear anything special. It is just because it's Spanish? There are songs that I think of as gestalt or more than the sum of their parts. This is one. Often, as is the case with Uptown Funk (2.9 billion views) and even Gangham Style (3.0 billion views), it is the rhythm and video that unite the melody and lyric making it accessible and just plain feel good. You want to move, dance, play, and have fun. I highlighted rhythm because I think there is something atavistic about these songs as they sync to a natural internal pulse of the body that transcends language and lyrics. And just to put in my plaintive cry for what could perhaps have been, I have always thought Shady had this gestalt, especially if it had a kick-ass video.Thanks for this rather educational post. Now I know why I do connect to some songs instantly, especially when working out to them. I totally agree on SHADY!!! It was love at first listen for me, and I still can't get over the fact that it was never a single and only remained a fan favorite. |

Thanks I already found that tweet. The shoot I'm referring to was on February 2nd though. Only one pair of shoes. But those can't be Adam's if Shosh isn't in LA, right? |
