YES! Perfect set! A no brainer! GO, QAL, GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! perhaps the biopic promo (which should be in full force around fall 2018) will stir some interest and bring Queen to the minds of whoever decides on the SB half time show... miracles happen sometimes, right? The Eagles just won the Superbowl so anything must be possible -- with a back-up quarterback who almost gave up football because he was sitting on the bench.

Congrats to your brother for hanging in there. Miracles do happen. Here's to all the Underdogs. Thanks. I hope it inspires him a bit. @q3 My DH , born and raised in Philadelphia ,is a happy man tonight. Actually, he's still in a bit of a fog because he can't believe that the Eagles' won their first Super bowl. And-did you see that 99 year old man in the stands who was quoted as saying he's waited his whole life for the Eagles to win the Super Bowl? So, even though I'm not a football fan at all,I'm thrilled for their victory tonight---for my hubby, that patient fan, and your brother, that the Eagles finally are the champions. And for your brother, most importantly,I wish that he receives the kidney he needs to be healthy again. Spring training is just around the corner and the Phillies baseball team need all the fan encouragement they can get. Keeping good thoughts and wishes for your brother.

My guess is there is no interest without Freddie. If Freddie was still around they probably would already have done it.

I think it is more they have not been booking classic rock bands for a long time and going more with pop acts. I doubt they have not booked Queen because Adam is now the frontman instead of a 73 year old Freddie. If they ever decided to start booking those bands again, I believe QAL would very much be considered.

It might finally occur to the NFL that Queen (the band who gave us best arena anthems of all time WWRY and WATC) should be booked to play the half-time show before they simply cannot do it or before they simply pass away. The opportunity would be lost forever. Hope they come to their senses before it's too late.
