I enjoyed the livestream concerts. But I just re-watched them on YouTube on my tv. Even better. I could not stop smiling when Adam was rocking Loverboy. And I almost cried when he sang Loaded Smile then moved to Closer To You. Sometimes I feel so silly that he still makes me feel that way, lol. As much as I enjoyed the livestream, I hope Adam and QAL will be able to get back to real touring. They likely are financially secure but they can never replace that kind of income by livestreaming instead of a tour or world tour. That is how most of them make their living especially if they are not getting big sales. And they seem to really love it and I want that for them again but when things are safe. And I would like to attend their concerts once in a while in person again. I do believe things will return to normal but it is anyone's guess as to when or how soon.
ETA: I love all the ladies in his band. I hope he can keep them.

I loved both concerts. I wish he would do many more!! In an interview, Adam talked about getting to sing more obscure songs. I would love to hear them! It was so easy to buy these tickets -- no ticket drama, no travelling, no breaking the piggy bank, and no germs! Not quite the same as being at a live show, but ... a whole lot easier. Both outfits were great (though not a fan of the nose ring). More glam in the afternoon, more rock star in the evening. I'm not an expert on bands and sound so it was all good for me. Adam's voice sounded wonderful. Did he even hit one bum note?? The lyric flubs were fun. I have no idea how he remembers all those words! It was a such a Happy Birthday treat for me and it's not even my birthday! LOL Ditto! Ditto! Ditto! ** My only regret is that I did not buy tickets and go to both concerts. Well, I hope it was something really important that kept you away from one of the concerts! I've only been to QAL shows, so yesterday was just a little taste of an Adam solo show for me.

He's told many fans that they look "familiar"...even ones he's seen in many M&Gs and front rows...lol. That looks like his go to line for these M&Gs. He has said he's bad with names but tends to recall faces. I remember once after a M&G in Atlanta I went to the next concert in Nashville and he said "Nice to see you again". Those were only days apart and I thought Lordy I made an impression or maybe it was Lordy It's her again.....

No Bamafan...two shows I think is a compliment to him ......and he should remember you! eg.. Even if you cannot remember a name, if you meet a person again at a social function/event, I consider it important to say hello, acknowledge the person, and refresh names! Now...I came across a fan who was in the first row...Arm length from the stage. I was in the third row, in Boise GNT CONCERT. ( These first three rows were folding chairs in the orchestra pit ...created to give extra close up seating. The real/ usual padded seats were further back with a walkway between us. ) There was a fan who was talking to a young gal (with a couple of friends). They all had been back stage and the girl had won a meet and greet through a radio station. There was much excitement over the meet and greet. As there were like 4 feet away... I heard this fan say to the little group this was her 17 th or 18 th ?? meet and greet. . Now 18 meet and greets...seems a tad over the top when another person may have missed that once in a life time opportunity...if they had tried to get a meet and greet. Even the cost of travelling etc to that many concerts ...woweeee... anyway...on with my story... Now each person’s personality varies...but I found it no surprise that this fan was like in a flat line during the concert...not overly excited while watching, seated most of the time....and she was in the front row. How is that for Adam? I was lucky enough that folks were on their feet in this space, and chairs shuffled back so most of us got to be within an arm length of the stage....and unlike the stoic lady ...most were riveted to the performances. These virtual meet and greets were a thrill for these people! Happy they are so happy!

Absolutely love seeing all these meet and greets! Thanks for posting them! I only had one M&G with Adam, during the TOH tour. I was so nervous that I only remember walking towards him, and seeing those EYES. I think I blubbered something like "I love you Adam", and he was so gracious, even though I was one of many who had their minute or so with him. I don't remember putting my head on his shoulder, and him pulling me close to him with his arm around my shoulder. All I remember is the photographer emphatically saying "look at the camera!". Fortunately, I have the picture to remind me that it really happened! As my DH has said many times, Adam was taking care of me! It's my background pic on my laptop, and every time I log on, I can relive that most special experience, even though I blanked out through most of it. As I was walking out, I do remember him saying "Enjoy the show!". He is always so appreciative of his fans - one of the many, many reasons why I love him so much.
I thought both shows were fabulous - I had to leave about half way through the first show to take my sick kitty for an evaluation at a local vet clinic. I knew what was wrong with him, but needed to have a procedure done on him - as a retired veterinary pathologist I can often figure out what is ailing my special kitties, but need someone in practice to help me out. I was much more "present" for the second show, and very grateful that I decided to buy tickets to both shows. How marvelous it was to see Adam singing live in his own shows again, even if it was virtual! I thought the setlist and the band were great - wonderful to hear the slower version of IIHY, the Runnin medley, Starman, the demo version of TOH, BoRap, and finishing with "Music Again". Too many special moments during the concerts to mention! Thank you Adam, and what a gift to us in celebration of your birthday!
