A comment about the clubbing, my daughter is dating a musician and she and her fiends are in the local muscic scene, hence she takes a lot of partying looking pictures that show her being rather silly with friends at clubs. Anyone judging her life from her FB account would that she was an OTT party girl. In real life she is a hard working attorney and amateur artist who does a lot of volunteer work. Same for Adam, he handles his career very responsibly, devotes time to supporting worthy causes etc. We can't judge people by photos posted on line.
About lack of Trespassing Tour, I know nothing about the tour business, but right from the beginning of the release I remember Adam saying that a tour would depend on sales.
What to add that I see nothing wrong with clubbing with your friends if you enjoy it. It is a good way for many people to socialize.

Yes I remember him saying a tour depended on sales, but I thought he was saying that to drive sales! I really never imagined there would not be a tour in some form here. At another point he promised he would tour. I guess he did keep that promise when he went overseas. Shame on me for assuming it would be here in the States where his most devoted fan base lives. (no snark, just disappointment)

Look I see people are upset caus I said about the partying pics. i have a 20 something gay son, had same pics on his social media sites. One day a close friend from childhood said say something to him, one day he'll want something and I know from being in the education field, that they check a person's social sites. She said we know he's silly, not a bad kid, no crime/drugs, but companies don't want to hire someone who seems to be a party animal, and they worry about consequences of risky behavior with regard to insurance. I was skeptical, but spoke with my son, (not expecting results) but he listened. I told my son, live life, do what you want, but I don't want anything to come up later, when you settle on a career. It's not about what you do, but how you do it. No the pics didn't come down, so I let it ride, well I checked months later and no pics. I was shocked. I never asked him what happened, but then he called and wanted to know about volunteering and applying to colleges. I was still skeptical, but switched jobs myself when the municipality I live in called. I went for 3 interviews before a panel, was offered conditional employment, was told there were 16 of us. Then it was nine. Day came to report to work and just I sat there. I enquired as to the other hirees and got a short answer, "utilities and background checks". Since in my field we have to submit FBI, criminal and child abuse credentials before working anywhere, it was a surprise to find out family members backgrounds and reports from neighbors, alongwith social media sites had been checked. I was trying to make the point, Adam needs mainstream America to sell records and while I don't see why his talent isn't recognized outside of a few organizations, you can't write those people off. I also don't understand how Sauli gets so much support from his country, when we're so much bigger and less deserving folks records sell. Didn't mean to offend anyone. I'm from a city where certain acts can't perform, due to kinds of fans they attract, when probably the folks here are the problem.

Minnie, I'm not sure that people are upset. I believe they are just confused by the inaccuracies in your statements. Also your posts give the impression that to have more success Adam should adhere to your beliefs and morals. In essence you seem to be asking Adam to hide who he is.
First, and I'm just guessing here, but I bet you are not a young, gay rockstar?
Pictures of Adam partying at gay clubs are not going to come back to haunt him or prevent him from being hired for a job.
He isn't you, or me, or your son. He doesn't work a 9 to 5 everyman job. He isn't an executive or manager, doctor or lawyer. He is a rockstar! Partying at clubs is the norm. He is gay. Going to gay clubs is the norm.
If he was closeted, these pics may be of some concern, but he is not. He took a big chance by being open from the beginning, but this allows him the freedom to not worry about being seen and photographed at clubs.
Anyone that would not hire Adam for a job is NOT hiring him for reasons other than these types of pics.
Second, your statements about there being 100's of clubs he could go to where pictures would not be taken. Really? When was the last time you were in a club? I was in one 2 weeks ago. I was in dozens of pics that later ended up online. I'm not famous, but they are out there anyway.
It's 2013. EVERYONE has a phone with them 24/7. Every phone has a camera. There is literally nowhere you can go today without the chance you may have your picture taken.
Also, your statement that you haven't seen pics of Sauli out at clubs? Maybe he isn't out as often as Adam. We don't know. But what is known is that it is likely that club patrons and paps in LA, are not taking his picture if he is not with Adam. Like chameleon said, he is not known outside of Finland other than Adam's fandom.
Third, your quote about Sauli's new show, " and Fox is no small concern." Well, in this case it is. This is not the FOX station that you know, that broadcasts to millions across North America. This is the Fox station in Finland. To my knowledge this show will not be seen outside of Finland. The show will be filmed in LA, and because Sauli met Adam that night in Finland he has this opportunity. It is a fact that Sauli would likely still be in Finland, had he not met Adam.
Also, going out clubbing at night is very possible while holding down a full time job. Clubs don't get going until late night/early morning. Most people I know can put in a 12 hour workday and still enjoy night life on a regular basis.

Now that RCA is not a concern and Adam is branching out, multimedia, I hope new music and more opportunities to increase Adam's visibility are in the making. I hope a new record company deal is in the future, sooner rather than later. GLEE alone will tap into increasing Adam's fan base and all that the television market can bring, but I hope it also results in his being able to record his own original music.
